These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of this website and the information it provides about our memorial reef programs. By accessing or using this site, you agree to these Terms. This website provides general information about our living memorial reef programs and our ocean-restoration mission. The content is provided for informational purposes only and may be updated, changed, or removed at any time without notice. Communications & SMS Program Terms

When you contact us, you agree that we may respond and communicate with you about your inquiry and our programs. If you opt in to text messages from Reef World Inc. (doing business as Remember Me By The Sea), you may receive messages such as replies to your inquiry, appointment or placement updates, and — only if you separately opted in to marketing messages — occasional updates about our programs.

  • You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP. After you send STOP, we will send a message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.

  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Trademarks & Affiliation

The “Parrot Head Reef”™ name and trademark are owned by Reef World Inc. The volunteers of Reef World Inc. have granted the Reef Ball Foundation and the Parrot Head Club a one-time use of the Parrot Head Reef trademark solely for the Key West Parrot Head Reef Project. Neither the Parrot Head Club nor the Reef Ball Foundation has permission to use the Parrot Head Reef name on clothing, merchandise, or any other products.

Reef World Inc., Remember Me By The Sea, and Parrot Head Reef are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Margaritaville or any of its related entities. Any references to such names are for identification purposes only.
